These Half Chaps are a cinch to put on. Lot's of flexibility in how tight you want them, and will fit over Levis or tights, over boots, tennis shoes, riding shoes, etc. 100% Suede cowhide. Hook and Loop closures along outside of calf and a snug cinch strap at the top. Awesome price too!
